Customers do not pay InstantLocalPro for submitting service requests, so customer service refunds are not applicable through the platform.

Refund policy language applies to contractor subscriptions or contractor platform participation fees only.

• Contractor subscription fees cover platform access and visibility.
• Subscription access does not guarantee jobs, earnings, customer selection, or conversion.
• Refund requests may be reviewed based on billing error, duplicate charge, or platform access issue.
• Contractors remain responsible for cancelling recurring participation when applicable.
