InstantLocalPro is a contractor matching and routing platform. It does not perform contractor work, employ contractors, supervise jobs, guarantee contractor performance, or control customer-contractor agreements.

Customers are responsible for choosing contractors and agreeing directly on pricing, scheduling, scope, warranties, payment, and service expectations.

Customer Understanding

• Submitting a request does not create a contractor agreement with InstantLocalPro.
• Customers contract directly with independent contractors.
• Customers should verify licensing, insurance, pricing, timing, and scope before hiring.
• InstantLocalPro does not guarantee workmanship, availability, pricing, or results.

Contractor Understanding

• Contractors participate through subscription access.
• Contractors remain responsible for legal compliance, licensing, insurance, estimates, communication, and service delivery.
• Misleading claims, spam, abusive behavior, and customer misuse are prohibited.
