Each contractor is solely responsible for holding all required licenses, certifications, bonds, and insurance applicable to their trade and jurisdiction.
All workmanship, materials, warranties, and follow-up service are the responsibility of the independent contractor performing the work.
InstantLocalPro coordinates requests and provides communication tools. We do not direct the means or methods of contractor work.
The platform does not guarantee that a contractor will accept or complete any specific request, nor any outcome thereof.
If liability cannot be excluded, InstantLocalPro's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to the platform in the prior 12 months.
