These Terms govern your use of the InstantLocalPro coordination platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
InstantLocalPro is an operational coordination platform that connects customers with independent contractors. We do NOT employ contractors, perform work, or guarantee outcomes of work. We coordinate, dispatch, and provide workflow tools.
All contractors on the platform are independent professionals. They operate under their own licenses, insurance, certifications, and business policies. Nothing on the platform creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between contractors and InstantLocalPro.
We make no warranty of fitness, quality, suitability, timeliness, or workmanship of any contractor service. All work outcomes are the sole responsibility of the contractor performing them.
You agree to provide accurate request information, provide reasonable access, communicate truthfully, and resolve disputes with the contractor through the platform's escalation flow.
Contractors agree to maintain valid licensing, insurance, lawful conduct, professional workmanship, and timely communications. Contractors are solely responsible for their tax, payroll, and legal obligations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSTANTLOCALPRO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM OR ANY WORK PERFORMED BY A CONTRACTOR.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InstantLocalPro from any claims arising out of your use of the platform, your work, or your interactions with other users.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
By using the platform, you consent to receive in-app notifications, emails, and (where applicable) SMS messages from us and from contractors involved in your requests.
Each acceptance of these Terms is recorded in our audit logs for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
